My car broke down on a road trip. They were able to take my car in on super short notice and take a look at it for me within a day when I told them of my situation. Although they never ended up doing work on it since it was totaled in the end, I was treated with extreme kindness, and was allowed to keep my car in their lot until I sold it, and was never charged for anything.
